Each hamper can hold two loads when garments are regularly packed in the hamper. Watch this video for further explanation.
Choosing how many hampers to order depends on how many loads you want to send with Do My Laundry each week. We typically suggest one hamper per person per week and an additional hamper for towels/linens. For example, If you would like Do My Laundry to do all of your laundry each week and you are a family of 5, we would suggest ordering 5-7 hampers. This would include laundry for towels. If you would also like bedding washed each week we would suggest 6-8 hampers for your family of five.
While most of our customers separate their loads by color (whites, light colors, dark colors, reds, etc.), we also have customers that like their clothes washed by texture or fabric type. Remember that you're in control, so whatever temperature and drier settings you choose will be done for that load.
Yes, if you would like us to. If you order more than one load and have colors, whites, towels all mixed together and ask us to sort it then we will sort it according to how many loads you have ordered. If you ordered 4 loads then we will separate it into 4 groups and wash 4 groups. We will sort out whites, colors (if there are enough loads then darks and ligths), towels, etc.
Feel free to put your dirty laundry in the bags we provided in your previous pickup. If this is your first time using our service, just place your laundry in a clean kitchen garbage bag and we will return it to you in a clean Do My Laundry bag once it's been washed and folded.
Just leave your laundry out by 9am on the day you selected for pickup.
We only use the highest quality detergents. Our WashBosses are required to use Tide or Kirkland brands only so you get the best quality wash possible!
You set your wash preferences for your load and our WashBosses will carefully wash according to your instructions. We take great care in keeping your loads separate from each other so
